Dead Letter Society

DLS were formed in the winter of 2005 and since their first demo was released online, things have only got bigger and better for them. In their first year of existence the band grew at a rapid rate, developing their own unique sound and perfecting their energetic live shows. On the back of their success online and ever growing fan base DLS began to gig relentlessly, showcasing their songs and self titled E.P. A buzz began to grow and shortly after being played on The Sandy Mill Assault on CUR1350 radio Mr Profound was voted in as No1 on the on the CUR1350 listeners poll beating the likes of My Chemical Romance, The Shins and The Kaiser Chiefs. Shows continued and DLS had the privilege of sharing the stage with many other top UK and international acts. In August of 2007 the band entered the studio to record their first full length album, walking away with 12 new DLS tracks the band then hit the road on their first UK Tour which climaxed with a headline show at The Fly in London.
